When your guests are arriving into the actual ceremony room or church/chapel.
During the processional into the church, chapel or civil ceremony room,
During the signing of the register and as you, the newly-weds, leave the wedding venue or church.

*Dates can be held for 7 days from the initial enquiry after which the date will then be free for another booking.
* Full repertoire of songs to be emailed at least six weeks before the wedding date. Thank you
                * Parking within the grounds of the church or registry office/ hotel would be welcomed
* A table, provided by the venue, would greatly appreciated for musical equipment
 *Fees for southern Ireland and for areas which are over two hour's travel time (from just outside the Belfast) are higher.
This is due to the travelling time involved & as accommodation may be required.
*The full balance is to be settled & cleared by the bank two weeks before the wedding takes place. 
*Evening reception rates are higher during peak season for weddings taking place on Bank holiday weekends,  
(Easter Thursday to Easter Monday),
December 14th-30th & on New Years Day
Update June 2019:
* Discounted rates available for weddings taking place on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
*Thursday evening reception discounted rates are available for weddings taking place during October through to the end of April.
*Please confirm that your chosen song choices are available before booking or placing a deposit for your wedding day (See set list below).
Only professional backing tracks are used and not all songs are available to purchase online
*Additional fees for playing times outside the above stated time slots.
* A deposit is required to secure the date.
